We’re looking for a passionate and driven Technical Sales Representative to help our client develop their presence in Sydney and introduce their innovative underfloor heating solutions to the residential construction sector.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 + Monthly Commission + Superannuation + Car
As they are commencing in Australia, they will look to pay a higher base to candidates that have an established background in this field or strong networks in the residential construction and architectural landscape.

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel within NSW and ACT.

Your Responsibilities:
– Generate New Business: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base in the residential construction sector.

– Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted expert in underfloor heating, providing technical support and product knowledge to clients to help them make informed decisions.

– Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders in the industry.

– Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to secure new business.

– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive growth.

Who You Are:
– Passionate Sales Professional: A self-starter passionate about sales and the construction industry.

– Proven Experience: At least 2 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.

– Excellent Communicator: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills enable you to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.

– Knowledgeable: A solid understanding of underfloor heating or other construction products, materials, or equipment is a plus.
