About the role

This is a full-time role, based on site.

The Team Administrator provides essential day to day administrative support to the services team and a single point of contact for customers in relation to the service needs.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for client work requests.
  • Use internal systems to log job details and raise job orders.
  • Preparation of service quotes, work orders and invoices.
  • Schedule/ allocate work with service technicians and subcontractors.
  • Arrange relevant site onboarding for technicians and sub-contractors.
  • Book and organise travel, accommodation and vehicle hire for staff and projects.
  • Ensure technicians submit timesheets & expenses accurately each week.
  • Establishing strong rapport with customers, suppliers, technicians, and managers.
  • General administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong experience in MS Office – specifically excel.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environments.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate and Self-motivated.
