About the role

This is an onsite role.

The Client Support Administrator role is responsible for providing day to day support to allocated accounts, Account Managers, and the Client Support team. You will be supported by a team of Support Administrators and the Manager of Sales Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update Client Profiles and accounts.
  • Support internal Sales i.e., quoting, data entry.
  • Field incoming client enquiries-  requests, updates, and account details.
  • Process and follow through new sales leads/buybacks (via phone/website).
  • Process and follow through Quote requests (new and run rate).
  • Enter Jobs and Collections into CRM database.
  • Maintain and update the Account Manager’s pipeline.
  • Undertake client settlement reports.
  • Liaise with warehouse to resolve settlement discrepancies.
  • Track and report on project key deliverables during project / BAU work.

About you:

  • 2+ years previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a sales team.
  • Good Computer/office skills – in particular MS Office, Excel, and Google
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills- Written & Verbal
  • Confident with communicating to customers
  • Positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn
