About the role

The Office Administrator role is a brand-new role, as a result of ongoing growth with the business. This role is responsible for supporting the smooth operations of our day-to-day office.

As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrational tasks required by the business
  • Answer customer enquiries via phone, email & manage shared inbox.
  • Manage our social media sites to engage members and promote business
  • Maintaining company brochures and other company materials
  • Confirm material orders & deliveries, purchasing and receiving deliveries.
  • Support internal Sales i.e., creating, scheduling orders, quotations, data entry;
  • Data entry for invoices & purchase orders;
  • General administrative duties (eg. filing, photocopying, scanning, stationary etc.);
  • Keeping the office area clean & tidy.
  • Provide assistance to related entities where required.
  • Other administrative duties as reasonably directed.

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administration would be an advantage;
  • Good Computer/office skills – in particular MS Office;
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn;
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organised with an attention to detail;
  • Works well within a small friendly team.
