They are a medium size business that has undergone a period of significant growth in the past 2 years, and as such they are now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter, to support the business by sourcing people to join their team.

About the Role

As an Administrator – Internal Recruitment, you will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment processes, primary focussed on our Warehouse and Field Services functions. Due to the nature of our business, we often require a quick turnaround to fulfil the needs of a particular project, so we are looking for someone that can proactively bring innovative ideas to the table on how we can attract quality candidates. No idea is a bad one!

We are looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated, and not afraid to make this role their own by putting in place the processes necessary to promote future growth of the business, even if that is flyer drops at the local café or university.

Key Tasks include:

  • Manage and advise on end-to-end recruitment process from identifying a need through to offer negotiation.
  • Develop engaging job advertisements and position descriptions that reflect the brand and attract high quality applicants.
  • Conducting thorough shortlisting, candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.
  • Proactively engage with Managers and key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract new quality candidates.
  • Conduct background checks – VEVO, references, criminal record.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and security requirements for candidates, where required in order to smoothly expedite the documentation process.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on updates, insights, and recruitment activity.
  • Using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process (eg Zoho)
  • Complete other administrative duties as required to support recruitment efforts.

This is a standalone autonomous role, supported by our experienced HR Consultants and the onsite Finance team, this is primarily an onsite role.

 About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Administration.
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred. Some time spent in a consultancy capacity would be advantageous.
  • Fully adept to the Microsoft Office Suite of products and highly confident using Excel.
  • Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
  • Well-presented and reliable
