Our Client is a leading full service mid-tier firm located in Brisbane’s CBD. A rare opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic, reliable and detail-driven professional receptionist to join the team. The Role:This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will be the face and voice of the firm and the first point of call for clients. You pride yourself on your customer service and communication skills. You love to problem solve and find satisfaction in seeing a task through to the very end. Duties will include, but not limited to:
A large proportion of this role involves the administration of our client database. This requires you to have exceptional attention to detail and an aptitude for navigating and learning new software. To be successful in this role, you possess the following attributes:
