Our client is one of Australia’s largest and most respected ICT Lifecycle Management suppliers. They provide their national customer base with the highest standard of sales and services. As a business they are tracking for substantial growth for FY 2018/19 and are seeking to employ an experienced customer focused administration all-rounder to join our head office in Murarrie.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales; The primary role of the Client Sales Support Lead – Strategic Accounts is to support the client interfacing strategic accounts business units. The role will offer you variety and the opportunity to develop your skills within an encouraging and supportive environment across below business functions:

The Role:

  • Work closely with Strategic Sales team to deliver client support services
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to manage post sale delivery of solution
  • Quantify accuracy of client settlement reports and proposals
  • Work closely with GM to ensure the business process are continually improving


  • Maintain and update client profiles and accounts
  • Internal customer support; quoting, data entry, sales support
  • Field incoming client enquiries, including requests, updates and account details
  • Process new sales leads/buybacks (via phone/website enquiry)
  • Process Quote requests (new and run-rate)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders; warehouse, logistics, professional services and accounts.

To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

  • 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Have a passion for customer service
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • High level Computer/office skills – in particular, Spreadsheets, CRM and Google Docs knowledge
  • You will have a can-do positive attitude
