|Scanning & Administration Assistant | 15-30 hours per week (Part-time)|
Our client is a professional accounting firm located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. An opportunity has arisen for a detail orientated administration professional to join their admin team.
As the Scanning and Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of the management of client documents and the work you do will contribute to the smooth running of the firm.
You will be required to work between 15 and 30 hours per week and while the days of the week that you work are somewhat flexible, you will need to work with us to establish a regular schedule to assist with workflow.
Using our sophisticated scanning hardware and software, your main responsibility will be to scan client documents and work papers, collate these as per the accountant’s request and save them into the firm’s document management system. To ensure accuracy and integrity within our client records, this role requires an individual who is process driven and can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you will be mature, have a common sense approach and not afraid to ask questions when you’re not sure.
You must have a high level of computer literacy and be able to adapt to new software efficiently and effectively.
You will also be responsible for administration tasks as directed by the Practice Manager. Our ideal candidate has a “can do!” attitude and is always keen to learn a new skill, no matter how big or small.
