An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a career focussed individual who is unfazed by rejection, loves the thrill of the chase, and who is highly motivated to sell more and more!

About the role:

Your role will be to approach and work with interested customers and businesses, to secure sales and generate interest in Snackwize. Leads will be hot, warm and cold so you must be comfortable working with all. Your point of difference from other sales representatives will be your ability to form relationships with our customers by getting to know their individual needs and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a role where developing a rapport is important in order to communicate to customers the difference that Snackwize can make in their organisation. It’s not just about the sale – it is much more than that – we want you to take their customers on the Snackwize journey!

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop an outbound sales process (prospecting) to secure new accounts executed through outbound calls and emails;
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline;
  • Prepare individualised subscription quotes for customers;
  • Manage and coordinate inbound customer enquiries (email, phone & website);
  • Act as an Account Manager for existing and new customer accounts;
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory measures and/or standards as required by law;
  • Devise strategies, collateral and presentations to help get your sales pitch across the line; and
  • Be a passionate ambassador for Snackwize and actively advocate for healthy eating in the workplace.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven inside sales experience (2-5 years);
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment preferred;
  • A strong passion for health and wellbeing and an understanding of fast-moving consumer goods;
  • A track record of meeting and over-achieving your sales targets;
  • Excellent phone manner with a strong ‘sales voice’;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication;
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; and
  • Incredibly receptive to feedback and wanting to grow professionally.
